Role Overview
Provide hands-on nursing care to pediatric patients under the supervision of an RN or physician. Ideal for LPNs experienced in pediatric and medically complex care.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver skilled nursing services per care plans
• Perform tracheostomy, oxygen, and ventilator support (as assigned)
• Observe and report patient condition changes
• Support families through education and compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with safety and documentation standards
Requirements
• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean background and drug screening
