Case Manager – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Role Overview

Lead behavioral health services using evidence-based ABA practices to support individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. This role blends clinical leadership with care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Train and supervise behavioral health staff
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong ABA and data analysis expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

CNA certification is NOT required
